Inside Out Productions were asked to create a work that would create discussion and debate about the birth of a New Major Arts Festival in New Zealand. In response, Mike Mizrahi and Marie Adams flooded the city square, and wrote and staged a short opera in the water. Music by Gareth Farr, Co-written with Paul Horan.
